Prices:

Prices: The rates quoted require a minimum stay of 3 days, per person and day or week, includes half-board.

Children at Schachen:

0-2 years free, 3-11 years 50%, 12-14 years -30%. The children's discount only applies if children room with parents. 

Shorter Stays:

For a stay of less than 3 days an additional fee of 10% per person per day applies.

Arrival and Departure:

Your room will be available to you as of 2:00 pm. On the day of your departure please check out of your room by 10:00 am.

Refunds:

No refunds for unused included services will be granted.

Single occupancy surcharge:

In case of reservation of a double room for single use, a surcharge of 50% of the regular room rate, depending on category, will apply. This surcharge does not apply to the single room.

Cancellations:

are unpleasant for you and for us. Please take into consideration that we will charge an amount equal to 3 nights for cancellations (30 days prior to arrival date) or early departures.

Travel cancellation insurance:

To protect you from the inconvenience of having to pay a cancellation fee for early departure or complete cancellation, we offer travel cancellation coverage at 50 € for the whole family. This way you are protected in case of an early departure.

Dogs:

Your pet is most welcome here. Please do remember that pets are not permitted in our sauna area or the dining area. Pet fee: € 5 per day excluding pet food.
